Pre-purchase Home Inspections

We inspect residential property across Central Alberta as well as Greater Edmonton and area.

A pre-purchase home inspection includes a detailed inspection of the exterior structure, roof, concrete, and drainage.

Under our agreement with Service Alberta we must be nonintrusive, meaning we are unable to move furniture, or disassemble any component of the home we are inspecting. Cabin to Castle always sends two inspectors to a home inspection, and we send more to multi housing or industrial projects.
